Students of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion group ensure that everyone within our school community is treated fairly and with equity.  They recognise that some of their responsibilities include:

• Looking out for others who might be needing help

• Encouraging and respecting the beliefs and traditions of everyone in our community

• Accepting everyone no matter who they are

• Making sure everyone feels safe to talk

• Sharing information that is accurate

• Giving everybody a VOICE

Students submit an application form as part of the student leadership process and once appointed, meet regularly with Mrs Crowley, who is their Senior Management link.  The group lead the meeting, discussing issues that concern them with Mrs Crowley supporting as necessary. They then share these with relevant members of the school community who can help to action some of their points.
